Our Services

As a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic, we aim to address a variety of health concerns using a wholistic, individualised approach.

What is the difference between Osteopathy and Physiotherapy?

Osteopathy
and physiotherapy are therapeutic approaches each with unique methods and techniques, yet both aim to enhance patients’ physical well-being and overall quality of life.

In practice, osteopathy and physiotherapy can complement each other. For example, an osteopath may address the structural issues of a patient’s body through manual adjustments, while a physiotherapist may provide a targeted exercise program to strengthen muscles and enhance recovery.

Together, they can offer a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both the immediate symptoms and the underlying causes of a patient’s condition. Integrating osteopathy and physiotherapy can achieve the best possible outcome while ensuring a holistic and effective treatment process.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy combines massage therapy with manipulation, active and passive movement and exercise recommendations.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy combines massage therapy, manipulation and exercise rehabilitation to improve movement, function and pain.

Massage & Dry Needling

Massage uses soft tissue manipulation to relieve pain. Dry needling uses fine needles inserted into "trigger points" to decrease muscular pain.
