We’ve just had the mirrors and curtains installed, and the space is truly beginning to feel like the calm, focused studio we’ve envisioned. With our reformer beds scheduled to arrive in the next few weeks, we’re right on track for opening our doors.

We’re also thrilled to introduce three experienced instructors who will be leading our classes starting late June and into July. Each brings a wealth of knowledge in Pilates-based rehab and injury management, and they’re excited to get moving with you! We will be introducing them soon!

Class Schedule (Launching Soon):
To begin, we’ll be offering small-group sessions on:

  • Monday to Friday: 6 am, 7 am, and 9 am
  • Wednesday & Thursday evenings: 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm
  • Saturday classes may be introduced based on demand

New to Pilates?
