Our Sessions are ALL based on foundations and ALL beginner-friendly!
Designed specifically for clients new to Pilates, these small group sessions (max 4 clients) are perfect for anyone dealing with injury, pain, or postural concerns.
This beginner-level class focuses on re-educating movement patterns and reducing compensatory strain. Ideal for those experiencing stiffness, poor posture, or chronic discomfort, this session blends gentle mobility work with controlled strengthening to restore alignment and ease.
Not a beginner? No worries!
Don’t consider yourself a beginner or have had experience with Pilates before? Just mention it to our instructors and they will ensure that our exercises are modified for your ability level!
You’ll be guided through carefully selected movements that build strength, improve control, and restore balance — all under the close supervision of a rehabilitation trained instructor. Each session prioritises targeted intervention, with real-time correction, and individual modifications to suit your unique needs.
With a max of 4 clients per session, you’ll be coached through safe, strategic exercises that challenge your body without overloading it — perfect if you’re managing injury or returning after time away from movement.
