Bahar Bahrami
I’m Bahar, a certified Pilates instructor with over 17 years of personal practice and eight years of teaching experience. I completed the BASI Comprehensive Program, followed by the Mentor Program with Rael Isacowitz, which deepened both my understanding and love for the method.
I’ve also undertaken advanced training in BASI Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, BASI Pilates Through Pregnancy and Beyond, and the BASI Master 1 and Master 2 programs in the USA.
My teaching style is supportive and focused. I love helping clients build strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to their bodies. What I love most about Pilates is that it’s not just a workout, it’s a holistic approach to movement that strengthens both body and mind, supporting posture, flexibility, and core strength while promoting mindfulness and overall wellbeing.
My goal is to inspire others to move with purpose, confidence, and joy.
