
Bahar Bahrami
I’m Bahar, a certified Pilates instructor with over 17 years of personal practice and eight years of teaching experience.
I completed the BASI Comprehensive Program, followed by the Mentor Program with Rael Isacowitz, which deepened both my understanding and love for the method.
I’ve also undertaken advanced training in BASI Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies, BASI Pilates Through Pregnancy and Beyond, and the BASI Master 1 and Master 2 programs in the USA.
My teaching style is supportive and focused. I love helping clients build strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to their bodies. What I love most about Pilates is that it’s not just a workout , it’s a holistic approach to movement that strengthens both body and mind, supporting posture, flexibility, and core strength while promoting mindfulness and overall wellbeing.
My goal is to inspire others to move with purpose, confidence, and joy.
Aram Khatibi
Aram is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in both mat and studio equipment-based Pilates. Her teaching combines precise technique with a supportive and intuitive approach, helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater awareness.
With a calm and welcoming presence, Aram is passionate about creating a space where every client—regardless of experience—feels empowered in their practice and connected to their body.


Thays Sampaio
My journey in movement began with Bachelor in physiotherapy, where I discovered the connection between body and mind. With a deep passion for Pilates, I earned my Full Certification and completed Fitness Certificate III in Australia, gaining advanced knowledge in medically-based approaches to exercise. This expertise enables me to design personalized programs that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
I believe in a customised approach because each person is unique. my philosophy is to help clients understand their bodies and guide them towards improved health, harmony, and quality of life.
I provide a clinical Pilates, welcoming environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Every session is designed to help clients go beyond their limits and achieve continuous growth. I am committed to supporting each person in unlocking their full potential. I am here to help you reach your goals whether it be to improve your posture, muscle strength of the whole body or improve your powerhouse muscles.
